En 2014, Stéphanie reprend, avec son mari Frédéric, les exploitations agricoles se trouvant à Monbrun, appartenant à la famille de Frédéric. En reprenant ces terres, leur but sera alors d’aller vers une nouvelle agriculture qui tient pour racines les techniques ancestrales de l’agriculture et tout en adoptant les outils modernes. Ainsi, sur une superficie de 100 hectares, ils vont semer, récolter et transformer leurs céréales, notamment en farine et en pâtes. Mais ils vont aussi disposer d’huiles vierges bio provenant de leurs exploitations, ou bien encore de légumineuses bio.
