Christine a rejoint l’Escale de la Save un mois seulement après son ouverture. Originaire de Bretagne et installée à Cadours, elle y fabrique depuis plusieurs années une crème de caramel au beurre salé artisanale. Lors de notre rencontre, elle m’a présenté son savoir-faire avec enthousiasme, et l’idée de proposer ses créations à l’Escale s’est imposée naturellement.
