Olivier est un apiculteur passionné, toujours à la recherche d’un miel authentique qui apporte des saveurs subtiles pour notre plus grand bonheur Olivier a étudié l’apiculture à Auterive et a cueilli ses premiers essaims en 2014. A force de persévérance et d’expérience, la miellerie compte maintenant 250 ruches. A ce jour, Olivier peut greffer ses propres reines et renouvelle son cheptel afin de conserver ce capital biologique. La Miellerie du Camp de la Houn a démarré à Bretx, dans la Haute-Garonne en 2015.Les ruchers sont situés en bordure de la vallée de la Save à Saint-Paul/Save, mais également sur les coteaux environnants de la miellerie à Bretx, Thil, Caubiac, Larra, ou encore Bellegarde Sainte-Marie. Le Miel du Camp de la Houn est récolté par Olivier en Haute-Garonne, dans la vallée de la Save : en partant de la miellerie de Bretx, vers Grenade et le Castera. Son miel est garanti 100% naturel, sans aucun additif ou conservateur : le miel que vous savourez dans les pots est récolté tel qu’il sort dans les ruches, tout simplement
