Julien et Julie, lui jeune agriculteur, installé à Merville et sa compagne ont eu une idée de génie ! Fatigués de vendre leur blé à un prix dérisoire, ils sont décidés de valoriser eux-mêmes leurs productions. Moudre leur farine à la meule de pierre pour en fabriquer des pâtes ! Des pâtes fraîches, transformées et vendues en circuits courts exclusivement. Cette exploitation travaille 90 ha dont 50 % est en agriculture biologique, depuis 3 générations. Ce sont donc des farines de grandes qualités (blé tendre, blé dur, maïs et sarrasin) et des pâtes qui sont proposés par ces deux passionnés.
