Depuis 3 générations à Buzet, la famille Tegon élève des vaches. Aujourd’hui ce sont Francis et Alain les responsables de plus de 65 hectares de plantation et une cinquantaine de vaches laitières.
La plantation alimente les vaches, les vaches nourrissent le sol et produisent le lait. Le lait part directement dans l’écrémeuse, passe par la pasteurisation, se mélange avec les autres ingrédients, et le voilà transformé en glace …
Le mode de commercialisation reste très local, en circuit court, dans un rayon maximum de 40 à 50 kilomètres.
Glaces et sorbets en pots de 120 ml et de 500 ml en vente à l’Escale… un privilège !
